Stack Sketch is a visual platform for planning UX and pitching web design. The Service allows users to create architecture diagrams, user flows, sitemaps, and wireframes using natural language prompts and export them to high-quality images.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Service. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by Steiner & Co and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Payments and Refunds

Paid plans are processed by Polar, our merchant of record. All purchases are final and we do not offer refunds as a standard policy. Before upgrading, you can evaluate the full product on the free tier or in the no-account sandbox. If you believe you were charged in error — for example a duplicate charge or a purchase that did not activate — contact support@stacksketch.site and we will resolve it. Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time and remain active until the end of the billing period.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Steiner & Co be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new terms on this page.
